Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform rules and community standards. You will identify harmful or inappropriate material, take action according to established guidelines, and help maintain a safe and trustworthy digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content in line with platform policies

• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines, including harmful, offensive, or misleading material

• Make well-informed and timely moderation decisions based on procedures

• Escalate sensitive or complex cases through the appropriate internal channels

• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity

• Accurately document moderation decisions in internal systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency

• Stay up to date with policy changes and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
• Experience: minimum 6 month experience in content moderation or related roles
