Role Overview:

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. You’ll detect potentially harmful or inappropriate material, apply the appropriate actions according to policies, and contribute to maintaining a secure and respectful digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and moderate user content in accordance with platform policies

• Detect and remove material that breaches guidelines, including violence, hate speech, or spam

• Make accurate and timely decisions following established procedures

• Escalate complex or high-risk cases through internal channels

• Maintain strong quality, productivity, and consistency standards

• Record moderation actions and decisions accurately in internal systems

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Stay informed about policy updates and evolving moderation practices

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in content moderation or related roles
