Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to businesses starting out with Google Ads. You’ll guide them through the onboarding process—from account setup to campaign launch—while implementing initial optimizations to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a group of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring smooth account setup and activation
- Strategic Guidance: Assess client goals and develop customized advertising strategies to meet their objectives
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns in line with best practices and performance goals
- Client Communication: Engage with clients through calls, virtual meetings, and email to provide insights and support
- Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling potential and help scale campaigns using advanced tools and techniques
- Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics, spot trends, and continuously improve campaign results
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Industry Knowledge: Keep up with Google Ads updates, tools, and market trends to offer informed recommendations
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
