  • Assist customers via chat and email, ensuring responses are accurate, professional, and empathetic

  • Stay informed about product updates, platform improvements, and industry best practices through ongoing training

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
