Role Overview:

You’ll guide passengers through booking options, provide clear information on fares and baggage, and ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, timely support across phone, chat, email, and social platforms

• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes, or processing cancellations

• Clearly explain fares, baggage allowances, policies, and special services

• Help passengers with questions about check-in, boarding, and travel requirements

• Offer recommendations for routes, upgrades, and travel options

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex cases

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

• Stay informed on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations

• Take part in continuous training to build skills and grow within the role

  

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
