Role Overview:

As an Airline Customer Agent, you will be the main point of contact for passengers, assisting them with reservations, flight modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media channels. You’ll guide customers through fare options, baggage rules, and travel requirements while ensuring excellent service at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, chat, email, and social media
• Handle flight bookings, ticket modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Clearly explain airline policies, baggage allowances, fare conditions, and travel regulations
• Support passengers with check-in procedures, boarding information, and general travel questions
• Recommend suitable travel solutions based on customer preferences and needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions
• Stay informed about airline updates, promotions, and industry developments

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
