Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll act as the primary contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to deliver clear, timely responses and create a seamless, positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-channel Assistance: Provide professional support through phone, email, and chat

• Issue Resolution: Answer product or service questions, troubleshoot problems, and handle account-related requests

• Customer Care: Communicate solutions clearly and ensure customers feel heard and supported

• Accurate Records: Document interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems

• Case Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
