Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer, you’ll evaluate user-generated content — including text, images, and videos — to ensure it aligns with company policies, community standards, and legal requirements. Your strong attention to detail, balanced judgment, and cultural awareness will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity and user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Assess user submissions to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Decision Accuracy: Make objective, consistent, and culturally aware moderation decisions.

• Community Protection: Support a safe, inclusive, and respectful digital environment.

• Process Adherence: Follow established procedures while adapting to updates in guidelines and priorities.

• Case Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams when necessary.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with policy changes, platform updates, and evolving moderation best practices.

  

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Romanian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
