Role Overview:
As an Automotive Customer Support, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver fast, accurate support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience—whether customers need help with vehicle services, orders, warranties, or account-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally through phone, email, and live chat

Problem-solving: Answer questions about automotive products/services, troubleshoot issues, and support account requests

Customer guidance: Explain solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel confident and supported

Accurate documentation: Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems with attention to detail

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
