Role Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner for advertisers starting out on the Google Ads platform. From initial account setup through campaign launch and early optimisation, you’ll guide clients through every step of onboarding—building their confidence and setting them up for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth activation and onboarding experience

Strategic Consultation: Understand business goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies

Campaign Execution: Create, manage, and optimise data-driven PPC campaigns in line with best practices

Client Coaching: Support and educate clients via calls, video meetings, and email to improve performance

Growth Opportunities: Spot upsell potential by introducing advanced tools and expansion solutions

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, review trends, and continuously refine campaign strategy

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
