Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them through phone, email, and live chat. Your objective will be to provide prompt, accurate information and ensure a smooth, positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Channel Support: Deliver professional assistance via phone, email, and chat

• Problem Solving: Respond to product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and manage account-related requests

• Customer Engagement: Clearly communicate solutions and ensure customers feel valued and understood

• Accurate Documentation: Record all interactions and resolutions correctly in internal systems

• Escalation Management: Recognize complex or sensitive matters and escalate them appropriately

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

• Performance Goals: Meet established KPIs, quality standards, and response-time objectives

• Ongoing Learning: Stay up to date with product updates, policies, and best practices to consistently deliver exceptional support

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
