Key Responsibilities:

• Review various content formats, including text, images, videos, and links, to confirm adherence to moderation guidelines

• Apply platform policies consistently, making fair and well-reasoned decisions

• Manage user appeals with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

• Collaborate with internal teams to safeguard content quality and platform integrity

• Analyze activity patterns to identify potential risks and take appropriate action

• Contribute suggestions to improve moderation tools, workflows, and overall efficiency

  

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
