Role Overview:

As an Customer Specialist, you’ll act as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver timely, accurate solutions while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel assistance: Support customers professionally through phone calls, emails, and live chat

  • Problem resolution: Handle inquiries related to products or services, troubleshoot issues, and assist with account requests

  • Customer support & guidance: Communicate solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel heard and supported

  • Detailed documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

  • Case escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues following established procedures

  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Performance & quality standards: Meet KPIs, quality benchmarks, and response-time targets

  • Continuous learning: Keep up to date with products, policies, and best practices to deliver high-quality support

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
