Role Overview:
As an Customer Specialist, you’ll act as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver timely, accurate solutions while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel assistance: Support customers professionally through phone calls, emails, and live chat

Problem resolution: Handle inquiries related to products or services, troubleshoot issues, and assist with account requests

Customer support & guidance: Communicate solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel heard and supported

Detailed documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Case escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues following established procedures

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
