Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating social media content to ensure it meets platform guidelines. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and engaging user experience for the French-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Evaluate videos, audio, comments, and user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards. Flag and address non-compliant material to maintain a secure user environment
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all uploaded content, including titles and covers, follows platform guidelines
• User Support: Assist users with appeals and queries regarding content moderation, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Compliance Monitoring: Work alongside your team to enforce platform regulations consistently
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and refine moderation practices
• Process Improvement: Offer insights to enhance moderation processes and tools, collaborating with internal teams to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support or/and content moderation
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
