Role Overview: 

As a Health Account Manager, you’ll support clients in managing health-related accounts and addressing technical, financial, and account inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media. You’ll provide expert advice, ensure client satisfaction, and help improve processes to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media, focusing on health-related accounts
  • Address issues such as account setup, verification, financial matters, and technical challenges in the health industry
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and insights for better healthcare management
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent, open communication
  • Uphold high service standards and follow company policies to maintain a positive customer experience
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to optimize internal processes and improve overall service quality

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the health sector
