About the Role:

As a Travel Agent, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers planning their transportation needs. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you'll help ensure every client has a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients select and reserve the most suitable rental car for their travel plans
• Offer personalized advice on vehicle types, rental packages, and optional services

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Swedish (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
