Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll manage customer interactions through email and live chat—no phone support required. Your role will involve reviewing content, ensuring platform compliance, identifying fraudulent activity, and working collaboratively to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to customer queries via chat and email
  • Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines

  • Detect and handle suspicious or fraudulent behavior with accuracy

  • Keep clear and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer outcomes

  • Use the best tools and resources to deliver precise and helpful responses

  • Meet individual and team performance targets

  • Work in coordination with both internal departments and client-side teams

  • Stay updated on moderation protocols through regular training

  • Adjust quickly to new workflows, projects, and client requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
