Role Overview:

With full training provided, you’ll assist travelers across phone, chat, email, and social media channels. From managing bookings to resolving inquiries, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth and stress-free journeys for airline passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Handle questions related to baggage, refunds, and travel documents
• Support passengers with check-in and boarding issues to ensure seamless travel
• Provide accurate information on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and the solutions provided
• Stay informed on airline updates, special offers, and industry trends
• Participate in regular training to enhance your skills and grow your career

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
