Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll review user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and secure online environment by enforcing standards, addressing user concerns, and staying informed about trends to refine moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation: Monitor videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines and remove inappropriate material
• Policy Implementation: Apply platform rules across various types of content
• User Assistance: Address user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
• Compliance Assurance: Collaborate with your team to meet regulatory requirements
• Trend Analysis: Identify emerging risks by analyzing user behavior patterns to enhance moderation efforts
• Workflow Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
