Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat, with no phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries via email with clear and prompt communication (no phone calls).
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Detect and resolve potential scams or fraud, maintaining a secure online space.
  • Log customer interactions and resolutions with accuracy.
  • Work with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide accurate, complete information to customers using the right tools.
  • Achieve personal and team support goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams.
  • Participate in training to enforce moderation policies accurately.
  • Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed.

Requirements:

  • C2 level proficiency in German.
  • B2 level proficiency in English.
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card.
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
