Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media

• Help customers with account setup, login issues, identity verification, and transaction management

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
