Your responsibilities will include assisting clients through digital channels, offering product information, resolving delivery and account inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Efficiently resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customer records current and accurate.
  • Document interactions and track recurring issues.
  • Ensure positive outcomes in every customer engagement.
  • Guide customers in effectively using our products.
  • Analyze issues to identify trends and address root causes.
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Romanian residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
