Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat, with no phone interactions involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and clear communication (no phone calls) 
  • Moderate user-generated content to comply with company policies and regulations 
  • Identify and address scams and fraud, maintaining a safe online environment 
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions 
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using appropriate methods/tools 
  • Meet personal/customer support targets Interface effectively with other internal and client teams 
  • Participate in training to conduct correct and accurate moderation policies 
  • Support different workflows, clients, and markets as and when required

Requirements:

  • C2 proficiency in German
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • EU Citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow within the field.
