Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the voice of our brand, assisting customers through digital channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, addressing account or delivery concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Resolve issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
• Monitor and log recurring issues for process improvements
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction
• Provide expert advice to help customers optimize product use
• Identify trends in customer concerns and propose root-cause solutions
• Regularly review service quality and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
