Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies
• Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to safeguard platform integrity
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and elevate customer experiences
• Provide accurate information using the best tools and resources
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Partner with internal and client teams for seamless service delivery
• Participate in training to stay informed about moderation guidelines
• Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
