As a Health Account Manager, you'll assist clients in managing their health-related accounts, addressing inquiries related to technical, financial, and account issues through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You'll offer expert guidance, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to process improvements for a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier support across phone, live chat, email, and social media for health-related accounts
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, finances, and technical challenges in the healthcare sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and insights for effective healthcare management
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction
  • Foster strong, open relationships with clients through clear communication
  • Maintain high service standards while adhering to company policies

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
