Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, chat, email, and social media
• Assist with account setup, verification, logins, payments, and technical issues

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
