Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and technical issues

• Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication
• Maintain service quality while following internal policies

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
