Role Overview:

In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training to assist customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. Whether helping with bookings, resolving inquiries, or ensuring a smooth travel experience, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Handle baggage inquiries, refunds, and travel documentation support
• Troubleshoot check-in and boarding issues to ensure smooth travel
• Offer guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Stay updated on airline promotions, policies, and travel industry trends
• Engage in continuous training and skill development for career growth

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
