Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll collaborate with clients to optimize their sales strategies, evaluate performance data, resolve campaign and budget concerns, and design creative solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with assigned accounts, fostering relationships to drive business growth
• Deliver clear and professional presentations of products and services tailored to client needs
• Address objections with confidence to uncover new sales opportunities
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and performance insights
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Efficiently manage email correspondence related to client inquiries and commercial matters
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and identifying new business prospects

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
• Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Passionate about sales and client relationships
• Driven to learn and grow in the industry
