Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you’ll ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing content, handling user appeals, and working closely with the team to maintain a safe and positive digital environment. Staying up to date with emerging trends will also help improve moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards, identifying and removing inappropriate content
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, complies with platform guidelines
- User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
- Compliance: Work with your team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence
- Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks
- Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices
Qualifications:
- C1 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
