Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support through phone, chat, email, and social media
- Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical problems
- Act as a trusted advisor, particularly to clients in the sports industry
- Respond swiftly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear, effective communication
- Maintain high service standards in accordance with company policies
- Suggest improvements to processes to elevate the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
