• Monitor and review videos, images, comments, and links, removing content that violates community guidelines
• Enforce safety guidelines and take appropriate action to mitigate risks
• Review user reports and handle appeals with professionalism and transparency
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trust and safety measures
• Analyze trends in user behavior to identify emerging risks and ensure proactive enforcement

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Czech (C1 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
• At least one year of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
