About the Position:

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll support clients in designing and booking their ideal trips, offering expert advice to ensure every journey is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and tours tailored to their needs
• Offer personalized travel suggestions based on each client’s preferences and budget
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Handle booking issues and resolve travel-related concerns with care and efficiency
• Stay informed about travel trends, special offers, and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and bookings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
