Key Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation:  Monitor and review text, images, videos, and links, ensuring compliance with guidelines—no sensitive content involved
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content aligns with platform rules and community standards
• User Support: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for content moderation decisions
• Compliance & Regulations: Work with teams to uphold industry standards and ensure proper enforcement
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging digital behaviors to enhance moderation techniques
• Process Enhancement: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and workflows

Qualifications:

• C1 proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
