Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions, moderating content, and identifying potential fraud while working closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to protect platform integrity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
- Provide precise and helpful information using the best available tools
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay up to date on moderation guidelines through regular training
- Adapt to various workflows, clients, and markets as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
