As a Customer Specialist, you’ll handle inquiries via email and live chat—no phone calls required. You’ll play a crucial role in content moderation, enforcing platform standards, detecting fraudulent activity, and ensuring our users receive top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries efficiently through email and live chat

Monitor and manage user-generated content, maintaining adherence to platform guidelines

Detect, investigate, and address fraudulent behavior with accuracy

Keep thorough and well-organized records of all cases handled

Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
