About the Position:

  • Diagnose issues using open-ended questions, reference materials, and system training.
  • Offer solutions and suggestions to address common concerns and frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel or call centers.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
