Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions, moderating content, and identifying potential fraud while working closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to protect platform integrity
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
  • Provide precise and helpful information using the best available tools
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Stay up to date on moderation guidelines through regular training
  • Adapt to various workflows, clients, and markets as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
