About the Position:

As a Travel Advisor, you’ll support customers in planning and booking customized trips, offering expert guidance to ensure a hassle-free journey. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and unique travel experiences tailored to their needs
• Provide expert travel recommendations based on preferences and budgets

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
