About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines. Your ability to apply moderation policies consistently, communicate effectively, and address concerns will help maintain a safe and engaging online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess content (text, images, videos, etc.) to ensure it complies with community standards
• Apply moderation policies consistently across all types of user-submitted content
• Handle user appeals professionally, providing clear explanations for moderation actions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform guidelines and industry regulations
• Report on trends, emerging risks, and content-related issues to improve moderation processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and enhance content moderation strategies

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Relevant Experience is preferable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
