Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries exclusively via email and live chat—no phone calls required. Your responsibilities will include moderating content, ensuring policy compliance, and detecting fraudulent activities, all while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email and chat
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies
- Identify and take action against potential scams or fraudulent activities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and optimize customer support
- Provide accurate information using the best available tools and resources
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about moderation guidelines through ongoing training
- Adapt to different workflows, clients, and market needs as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
