Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support
  • Act as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
