About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Expert, you will be the main point of contact for customers requiring assistance before, during, or after their trips. Through digital communication channels, you’ll manage requests related to bookings, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, refunds, and general travel information — ensuring each customer enjoys a seamless and worry-free journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support travelers via chat, email, and online platforms with various travel-related inquiries

• Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations

• Provide clear and accurate details about travel arrangements, entry requirements, baggage rules, and refund procedures

• Assist with account-related issues, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs

• Identify urgent or complex situations, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate when necessary

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent service quality

• Achieve defined performance standards, including quality metrics and response-time targets

• Stay informed about travel policies, destination updates, system tools, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
