Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional support through chat and email channels only

• Apply internal guidelines (SOPs) to resolve inquiries efficiently or escalate when necessary

• Achieve established performance targets, including quality benchmarks and SLA goals

• Stay updated on product enhancements, system changes, and best practices through ongoing learning

• Maintain a customer-first approach by providing clear, actionable solutions

• Share feedback and improvement ideas to optimize workflows and enhance the overall customer journey

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
