Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review and analyze user-generated material — including text, photos, and videos — to confirm that it aligns with company policies, community standards, and legal requirements. Your accuracy, judgment, and cultural understanding will contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality digital space for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation: Review user content to ensure it meets internal rules and regulatory expectations.

• Quality & Accuracy: Apply consistent, unbiased, and culturally aware decisions in all moderation tasks.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
