Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Agent, you will support customers before, during, and after their trips, helping them manage a wide range of travel-related requests. Through chat, email, and other digital channels, you will provide assistance with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and additional travel services, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through chat, email, and other online communication channels.
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, or cancelling flights, accommodation, transportation services, and travel experiences.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel itineraries, airline and hotel policies, baggage allowances, and refund procedures.
- Support customers with payment inquiries, account-related requests, and loyalty program assistance.
- Help resolve travel disruptions such as delays, cancellations, and missed connections, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, requests, and case resolutions using internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external travel partners to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Achieve established targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
- Stay up to date with travel products, company policies, destination information, industry developments, and digital tools through continuous training.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
