Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Advisor, you will help create seamless and worry-free travel experiences for customers worldwide. By communicating clearly and professionally across various channels, you’ll support clients with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat

  • Support customers with bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and refund processes

  • Adhere to internal guidelines (SOPs) to resolve cases effectively or escalate when necessary

  • Achieve established performance goals, including quality benchmarks and SLA targets

  • Remain informed about travel regulations, internal systems, and destination requirements through ongoing training

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
