Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Advisor, you will help create seamless and worry-free travel experiences for customers worldwide. By communicating clearly and professionally across various channels, you’ll support clients with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-driven, and motivated to develop within the travel and service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat

Support customers with bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and refund processes

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
