Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients in the automotive sector to strengthen their sales strategies, analyze performance data, address campaign and budget concerns, and deliver innovative solutions that fuel their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned automotive clients to support long-term business growth.

• Present products and services clearly, persuasively, and in line with each client’s unique needs.

• Confidently overcome objections and identify new opportunities to boost sales.

• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and insights on performance.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.

• Handle client communications and commercial inquiries via email and other channels.

• Share client feedback with internal teams to support quick follow-ups and uncover additional business opportunities.

  

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service within the automotive industry or the luxury products sector is required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Passionate about sales and client relationships
• Driven to learn and grow in the industry
